Can I download virtual machines on my Windows box?
Can I download runnable virtual machines on my windows box like Ubuntu for example? Can I run that within windows? Is it somewhere out on the net preconfigured?

How to setup private/public networks on VMWare
Like to connect one NIC card to a public switch so everyone can access that server, and another NIC connects to a private switch (network) to access the private network. Migrating BrightStore to a virtual machine
