I have a day care center. I am planning to install camera’s in each room and want to give access to parents to watch there children live or on real time. Can you suggest me the technology, cost and details. The same thing i have done in another daycare site in USA.

I’m not sure if I am in the right place of not but I’ll ask anyway. My
company has tasked me with comming up with a way to place some of our
older training videos on to the web for all the employees to be able to
access. My boss thinks that a utube like web page is the answer. I’m not
an IT guy. all I do is help when somebody needs help with word or
something. I know that I will need a server and a large amount of
harddrive storage but that’s about all I know. I could use some help,
even if its just another place to find my answers.
since I’m a beginner please list the steps to follow.
