Veritas Backup Exec 9.1

Ver 9.1 have over 170,000 directories but i cant view all the files for backup

I just need to archive older files however due to the naming convention the files are at the bottom of the backup window and it wont allow me to scroll down The files were copied over recently and I cant sort by date
