SAP running under iSeries V6R1
Has anybody upgraded an iSeries 520 from V5R3 to V6R1 and found a problem running SAP updates and scheduled transports showing a message “resource limits exceeded” ? SAP nor IBM have come up with an answer yet which would suggest we’re unique in the whole wide world !

Client Access
We have installed the IBM Client access v5r3 software. When we connect to AS400 server using Client Access we are getting a time out error(CWBC01048).We were able to connect to the server using TELNET and also ping to the server.

partition performance for disk upgrade
Hello, as a quicker/cheaper method than adding another tower/expansion unit I’m looking at swapping out 4 pair of mirrored 70GB drives for 140GB drives and leaving the remaining 11 pair at 70GB. Should I expect to see any significant change in performance on a partitioned i550 under V5R4 or V5R3?
