CPYTOIMPF problems since V5R3 – need workaround

Any Better substitue for RCLRSC?
We are getting error message when we change the libraries in succession in AS400 (libl rpl command is used). Our AS400 systems were upgraded from V5R3 to V5R4 last year. We did not face such issues previosuly in V5R3 version. Could someone please let me know if this error msg is due to Version upgrade? [...]

We are on V5R3 and are about to upgrade our disks prior to going to V5R4. Does anyone know how to save AND restore spoolfiles including tose with attribute *USERASCII? Thanks.

We have a 9406-570 that has four partitions. This system was originally setup without an HMC. Each of the partitions had the Service Agent program enabled to call home for any hardware error. Two weekends ago I upgraded our i520 from OS V5R3M0 to V5R4M0 and ever since we have had problems with user profiles becoming disabled. These are not because of incorrect password either, as many users are ones who use the system daily and have had no previouse issues with passwords.

Im running iSeries Access for Windows V5R3. My current iSeries ODBC for Windows driver is v10. I would like to upgrade it to v11. Does anyone know how to do this without updating iSeries Access for Windows client on my pc? I need to leave it at V5R3.
