Does Windows 7 have any hope of working with IBM iaccess to this old operating system level V5r2?

Failed to Convert Function Standard Synon to 64-Bits

I have successfully migrated AS400 from O/S V3R2M0 to V5R2M0. But currently having problems especially for objects standard synon (exmpl: Y2QLVNR, etc)which failed to be converted to 64 Bits. The error message is ‘Program or module not observable’ Any help greatly appreciated! Thank you Hendriyanto – Indonesia

I also have a client whos users occasionally suffer sessions terminating while they are entering data. They are using PComm/Client Access on a wireless network. Has anybody else experienced this?

AS/400 Active Job Information

Is there a way for a program to determine if a particular job is active while knowing only the job name (job user and number are unknown) – there may be, in addition to the active job, if active, multiple completed jobs of the same name – and, if yes, be able to retrieve the job user and number of the active job?
