1t external hard drive...
I was wondering if they make a 1t external hard drive that runs off strictly a usb. (there is no power plug in needed). I know they make them for 500 GB, but that is all I have been able to find. Please help if you can. THANK YOU!!!

I have an old laptop with a 1.0 USB but it has all my pictures on them. I would like to move them to an external hard drive, but I can't find one that is compatible. How can I download all of my files to a hard drive? Is it practical to do it over a wireless network?

External Disk (USB) not detected on some machines including the server
