<p>i have an external backup disk that connects to the server using USB. recently it just coulnt be detected. i tried it on one of the mcachines on the network again it failed. i tried it on the laptop and it was detected and accessible. there is one other desktop that i tried and it worked. my problem is that i can not be detected on the server and on the desktop that i work on. i tried a new disk and it also behaves the same. are  there any drivers that i need on these machines so that it can be seen.</p>
