Is there an easy way to do a Lotus Notes version upgrade, or do you have to do a new install, like creating a new user ? Anyone knows if the local databases created in 6.5 will be lost and have to be recreated, when an upgrade to 6.5.4 is taking place ?
I hope an upgrade can we done, similar to a windows update, where you just “add” the changes.

I have been able to set it to force the download of the install file to the users pc. However, once the download is complete the users are prompted with an “are you ready to upgrade” message. I have some users who continue to hit cancel at this point. Is there any way to disable this final prompt and force the upgrade to run?
