Some how I lost 38gb of memory. Looking in computer management I have 38gb unallocated space and only 2gb on C: drive. How do I get my memory space back? I am working in windows XP. This is on a Dell Optiplex GX270 comp.

Would like to do so without jeopardizing data integrity of the existing FS. Intent is to fully “delete” data for security reasons; as a routine process.
