  • Can I load data from a txt file to an Oracle table?

    I'm pretty new to Oracle so I have two big questions: Would there be a way to load data, from a .txt. file, to a table in Oracle not using SQL Loader? Just the opposite...can I unload the data from the table to a .txt file? Thanks so much!
