HI, I have never posted on here before. Please let me know if I have left out info. that helps to answer my question.

I am a photographer (trying to be side jobsfoguy that owns an IT companyHe has asked me to create online forms that he can get to and fill out online and then print off. The forms are to be put in to a binder for each client and kept with their server. Some of the forms he wants created are, server software, ip address allocation, router config., firewall config., and other forms for info on the clients network.

He gave me a book called, “The Network Documentation Workbook” by Karl W. Palachuk. In the book are blank copies of all the forms he is needing. The problem is he doesnt like how they look so plain and boxy. He wants color, ronded edges, and to be able to access these blank fill in online forms from where ever. He wants to be able to fill them out, print them off, and save them to be edited and updated.

There are so many online form sites i have looked at but i was just hoping to find one specifically for network documentation. I also think i am going to need the site that has the online form designer to host the forms because he wants to be able to access these forms online.

If anyone has any advice on a good way to accomplish this task he has handed me PLEASE let me know! Like I said he always gives me strange things to get done for him and usually if i don’t have much knowledge on the job i can google it and figure it out on my own. He is paying me well and just starting out with my photography business I need all the help i can get.

Thank you for reading my question let me know if u need anymore info from me. I look forward to reading all the different solutions!

Melissa
