Locale Objects

I want to create a US environment on a UK system by creating a locale object for the US with time zone set and using this object in the user profile. This works with the datefmt etc but it does not pick up the time zone. Will the application have to be changed to use this locale object?

Multiple Time Zones

We have users on our iSeries that are in multiple time zones. Is there a way to adjust the job time when a user signs on so it reflects their time zone? I am trying to avoid changing all our RPG programs that use the TIME opcode.
