My Windows 2003 server doubles as a citrix server. I have noticed that it has issued 9 temporary licenses to machines I do not know. Is it possible to revoke these licenses somehow so that they will be available to legitimate machines?

We have an existing terminal server which is running the licensing server. I need to install another terminal server for a different application. Do I need to install terminal services licensing on the new server?
