I know that they offer solutions that cover pretty much everything in the BSS later (customer care, billing, etc.). But what about the OSS layer (fault management, performance management, number/address management, etc.)? Thanks.
A few years ago in the great Avian bird flu scare, it was stated that in the US, there was only 10% spare capacity in the telecom/internet infrastructure to handle telecommuters. Does anyone have any better analysis of this potential choke point?
