ORA-00600

Windows Short-cut key to explorer has stopped working.-2
For some reason the windows key-E short-cut key combination which starts explorer has stopped working. All the other short-cut keys seem to fuction correctly. The keyboard ‘e’ key is working fine. Has anybody witnessed this problem before with 2000?
