How can I monitor the status of a Windows 2003 task manager over a period of time like for a month on my server?
Getting reports emailed from networked workstations in Windows 7 network
How can I make use of internal memory and CPU utilization (Task manager) and have it email me reports from all networked workstations? Is this within the scope of Windows 7?

Hello. Watching task manager in a Win 2008 server system, i noticed that it reports about Physical Memory: Total 3070MB Cached 2051MB Free 12MB But resource monitor reports 41% Used Physical Memory. So how much memory is free? 12MB from task manager or 59% from resource manager?

When there are no programs open on my system there are usually 62 process running. Is this normal? Also, is there a good site to find out what each process is for?
