I’m aware that this information is available to BT wholesale customers in the NIPP documentation. Can someone please extract the relevant data for me.

I know I have byte swapping to do, but the first transfer didn’t yield the expected results.

The first 2 bytes in hex “0047″ wound up on the Linux as “3E00″.

Decimal 71 on Tandem yielded decimal 62 on Linux.

What can I do to get this file on Linux.
