Page numbering for automatic table of contents
I am trying to number pages differently within a document — i, 1, 2, A-1, B-1, C-1, D-1, D-2 — and have the page numbers show up in the automatic table of contents — please help! I can get the numbering on the pages (without typing) using section breaks — but the TOC will not [...]
