There are so many problems with the service, I can barely keep up with them.

Does anyone know of a good/cheap T1/fractional T1 provider in the
area? I figure I could bring my colo machines home, save that money,
get rid of my comcast internet bill, and maybe host some machines in
my basement to break even.
