Thoughts on SCOM 2012 Release Candidate?

Back in August, I asked a few experts about their thoughts on Microsoft’s System Center 2012 beta release. There were some mixed opinions. Now that the latest version is here, has anything improved? Curious to know what you’re finding and if you plan to upgrade anytime soon.

CPU Utilization Counter for MS SCOM?

Is there a % CPU utilization counter for System Center Operations Manager? What I have been finding suggests creating my own, but I’d like to think this is a fairly basic counter to have available.

Locking down views on SCOM 2007 web client

We monitor several customer environments with SCOM 2007, can I lock down the views on the web client so that each customer can log in and only see data (performance & Alerts) relating to their environment?
