Traffic monitoring on SUSE 10.1/Nagios
I would like to monitor the bandwidth usage per IP address going through my firewall. I'm running SUSE 10.1 with Nagios installed. Anyone have an idea of how someone would go about doing that?

SuSE Linux ckuid/ckgid command equivalents
I'm looking for commands equivalent to the ckuid/ckgid in Solaris or getuic/getuid in UnixWare.The Linux "id" command can possibly substitute for ckuid but that still leaves ckgid. These commands also need to work in a NIS environment. Any ideas?Thanks!
