Need good cloning software to replace a hard drive.

Proper Method of setting up a new Tape in Backup Exec 12.0
Using LTO 3 Ultrium Data Cartridges. What is the proper method to setting up a new tape. Should it be Labeled first then Inventoried or Inventoried and then labeled. Does the tape need to be cataloged. What are the proper steps to do this?

Windows won’t recognize my hard drives
Installed two 500GB western digital hard drives and loaded WIndows 7.  When I configured them for RAID, Windows 7 wouldn’t boot.  Tells me disk error, hit any key.  Hit the key and tells me bootmgr is missing.  Computer worked before the RAID conffiguration but now won’t boot, won’t repair, won’t do anything.
