• Can I recover files from an old laptop?

    A family member of mine gave me an old laptop to try and recover multiple old photos. This laptop is several years old and it's been formatted three or four times.

    I accidentally deleted contents of a table and is now trying to recover the deleted rows.  I do not have a backup (how stupid of me).  I do have a .mdf file, however I believe i copied that file while SQL Server 2005 was running.  Is there anyway to recover this deleted data?

    I have MSA 2300i storage at site, which is having controller A and B. There are warning with unhealthy controller and PSU. When I connect to controller A, it is showing controller B is unhealthy and vise versa. Did anybody else have this issue? Please help!
