Records/Data Retention Policy
There are 2 separate issues here, data retention and data access. The first is governed by the value of the information and the legal or regulatory issue surrounding that data. For example in Europe personal data may only be retained as long as it is needed, tax data needs to be kept for X number [...]

Capture screen w/scrolling marquee
Not easy – screen captures are just that – still pictures. 1 – try ‘Screen Grab Pro’ and capture as many screens as possible during marquee transit. 2 – Macromedia ‘Captivate’ and create a Flash movie. 3 – Streaming video capture to a ‘Windows Media Format’. Good Luck.

Query on Storage labs
If you are looking for just a place where you want to do your own testing without any type of consultant writeup you could use a Disaster Recovery company such as Sungard. If you are looking for product testing verification and comparison to similar types of products you could also contact the Gartner Group.

But to be safe you should bring the system to a restricted status which means you endsbs(*all) the only subsystem you would be able to use would be QCTL unless you use a different controlling subsystem. Would you use temporary / generic user accounts? How do u deal with this regarding compliance
Hi Arcomona, I don’t think the issue is really that SOX compliance somehow disallows generic domain accounts. The issue with SOX compliance is what these generic accounts have access to, and how the company’s key information and information processing is protected. Additionally, in some cases, you may need to uniquely identify each access to information, [...]
