Archive file going to wrong network drive outlook 2003

Hello –

we save our archive files on our own personal network space. I have 2 archive files now, one on the proper network location and another that keep recreating itself on the wrong network drive. How do I stop this?

I have remapped this archive file several times to no avail.

Lotus Notes 6.5, I archived few messages, messages were erased from INBOX but didn’t appeared in Archive? I checked the all document view but I didn’t see the archives? Any way to recover them? Any help?

Outlook 2003 email storage and indexing

Is there some method to store and index previously sent and received emails by using a search key? I am looking for some way to organize emails which would allow a search over multiple directories/personal folders based on a subject keyword or mail recipient.

the archive folder says “the operation failed. The object cannot be found. how do i close the archive folder in outlook if i moved the pst.

Saving EXch2007 Mailbox for Terminated Staff

We are using exchange2007. With Exch2000 we could run EXMerge to save the mailbox for users who left the company, then delete the account. Exchange 2007 does not have a ExMerge function. We are a small non-profit and do not have any Exchange training or budget and have found no simple solution to save, or archive, a terminated staff’s mailbox so we could delete the online mailbox. The Exchange server has almost as many mailboxes for terminated staff as current staff. The Exchange scripting tools are so convoluted and complex that it is useless to us.

Is there a straightforward method or tool to offload a mailbox to a file so the account can be deleted and potentially restored?
