i am trying to backup of a 80GB database on a network (SAN via NAS)and its taking 10 HRS but when i backup up the same database on a local drive it only takes 40 minutes. can anyone help me troubleshoot what the possible issue could be? Thanks

Can anyone recommend an open file backup program (other than St. Bernard Open File Manager) that will work with IBM Tivoli Storage Manager?
