Has anyone found a package for storage charge back that actually works at most levels:array, server, deptment, and application.
With the onset of ever-increasing storage space on flash drives is it ok to ask the experts here if the hard drive technology will soon be obsolete only to be overtaken by flash drives and 3D memory chips ?
I am wondering about the long-term reliability of using Thumb Drives for long term storage as compared to Floppies,(Which the 1.4M makes them obsolete anyway, plus I don't tend to trust them for long-term.), HDD's, CD's, DVD's, Tape backups, etc.
When i attached my USB device, initially it's being recognized, but later my computer shows no space in the device -- even if it is has empty space. When I release it and attach it again my computer shows "unrecognized device". Can anyone help me fix this problem?
