I need some assistance. I have a large iseries that has an issues with the Interactive Indicator on Startup.

let me explain, When the system is started out of restricted state a program is called. While comming up the Interactive light or the “X” is present indicating the interactive session is running. However, if a message comes on, you must do a <Shift>+<ESC> 6 to see the error msg. When you hit <Enter> to return to the active session The “X” or the “ II “ is no longer on. At this stage you have no idea if the job is still running or not. Anybody got some ideas?
