Brightmail gateway compliance failure
PDF files are occasionally getting stripped from email with failure of “Executable file detected.” Does this always mean there are hidden .exe files? What would be some of the other reasons for this failure? Thanks. Moderator Note: This is a submitted question

Delivery Failures for mail I did not send – Spoofing or Trojan
I’m getting delivery failures for email I didn’t send. It’s probabaly someone spoofing my account, but could it be a trojan sending emails directly via SMTP? How can I tell? Is there a way to query the SMTP service for a list of sent emails?

suspicious mail in queue (Exhcange2003) help, can’t delete
There is a mail stuck in queue, but has no ID, no sender’s name, no recipient name. also expired date was for 20Aug2008. but still in queue. I can Freeze the queue, bit can’t delete. I mean the delete option is disabled. Help
