Need to gain access to qsysopr error messages coming from custom apps written. Do NOT want an agent on box. Any thought son how to gain access to these error messages?

unable to telnet to 2950 remotely
I am able to telnet to my 2950 locally but not remotely. I have a defult gateway. I am able to ping and SNMP to it remotely but not telnet. I don’t have any ACL’s on the vty.
