outlook mail routing – smarthost problem
I am having trouble getting mail from an organization that used a smarthost for our group.  I switched from exchange to web based and all other mail seems to be going through our hosts servers/dns but this org. keeps hitting the old exchange server.  There IT said they removed the smarthost but problem still exists [...]

I need to configure SMART HOST in our exchange server,Can anybody tell me the steps or guide me to do the same.

Can we route mail thru the smart hosts in Exchange Online
Smart Host, meaning being able to “Route mail trough the following smart hosts” from exchange (relay.smthost.com). Will that be something that can be configured on the hosted exchange environment?
