I have installed a fresh copy of windows xp and in my Notification area the Network Location Awareness says that theres limited or No connectivity, when i installed my sound card Driver, all audio sounds very slow, like Louis Armstrong singing in Slooooooooow Motion.

i un-installed the drivers & re-installed them, i re-installed the OS 3 times an it still had the same issue, i installed the same OS on my laptop and it works fine

Please help me out, your assistance is much appreciated, as i have never come across an issue such as this.
