Shut Down Options on Vista
How can I change the options in the shutdown menu from Hibernate to shutdown?Its a pain to hit the pull down ans scroll down to shut down every time.

Hello All,I have windows server 2003 installed on my machine, which also has Oracle database installed on it. My Problem is when I shut down the machine, It takes ages ( around 30-45) minutes to shut down completely.So How can I find out actually which program/ service is causing such drastic delay...
