We want to replace it with log off. If the users run shutdown –s I want it to not work and alert an administrator. Can this be done?

It seems that the company I work for doesn’t have a Sunday Shutdown procedure in place. I offered to write it because I thought it’d be interested. I was wondering if anyone had any input or advice they could lend me regarding safety procedures, subsystems being shutdown seperately, or closing QSTRUP program stuff. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
