Update Sharepoint AD User profiles
Our employee profiles like skills,Address and past projects in AD has gotten messy as they are changing every day. I want keep them updated, yet hours of hard work returns nothing. Any solution?

I have created an announcement list in sharepoint and added a webpart on my homepage to display this list. At the bottom of the webpart you have the option to “Add new announcement”. Does anyone know how to rename “Add new announcement” to “Post new Job Posting” ??

Can Sharepoint Enterprise Search server search Exchange mailbox? It’s not searching other user’s mailbox, but the user’s own. When a user submits a query, Sharepoint knows the user’s identity. Can it include the user’s email messages in a specified Exchange server in the search result? Any connector for that?
