Would it be possible for the consultant who set up our Sharepoint server this year to have left some sort of a back door? We changed the admin password and removed some other strange accounts. Can he still get in?

Using AD Global SecurityGroups as Sharepoint groups post email to Discussion Boards

we are creating AD Global Security groups and then using them in the Sharepoint Members, visitors and owners. When a user in the Members group emails to the Sharepoint Discussion group their email is not posted. I can see it get to the drop folder and be picked up by the timer job but it still doesn’t show in the discussion board. If we directly add a user to the Sharepoint Member’s group their email is posted to discussion board. How do we get the members there in the AD Group to post to discussion board.

I am trying to hide a number of columns appearing in a list posted on my sharepoint site. The objective would be for a few individuals to be allowed to see the entire content of this list while others would only be able to view a number of columns.

An indication of how to proceed would be appreciated.

Hi,guys
As our company kick out new stern security, I need introduce responding action to our SharePoint. When I embark on doing it , however, I met several issues.
I just wandering is there any solution which can help me do a good job?
