Print Server, Printing, services.msc, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 SP2, Windows XP Professional SP3

*.msc files not executing
I’m using Windows Media Centre Edition 2005.The problem is from when I enter services.msc from run command then it doe’snt run.The Error message is “Access Denied” but when i go from my computer>right click>manage>services then it runs. I’ve tried through Administrator account and as well as my account.Secondly my username is there in admnistrator group.
