Which are better, blades or virtual servers?
The cost of blades seems higher and the highly proprietary nature of blades seems to make it much less attractive. So is it better to virtualize blades or rack mounted servers? How do they compare in terms of power, HVAC, floorspace, racks and software costs?

static electricity in the datacenter
im frequently hit with static while working in data centre whereby the flooring covered by carpet. im worry it may affect my servers and my health. how do i avoid from getting hit again? wats is the best solution availble to avoid or overcome this scenario?
