Using ISA 2006 we are having speed issues. We are seeing about 1.5MBPS from our 100MBPS line. Help!

What is the average uptime percentage of servers?
You hear a lot of statements from venders usually based on polling as to to what the average percentage of servers per year is and yet the only ones who would really know this percentage are those that actually measure it. Can anyone who does measure their uptime percentage tell me what that percentage is? [...]

can software raids on windows 2000 server hamper server perormance.. like blue screen error
I am having software raids harddisk mirrored on windows 2000 server, can this restarts server saying physical dumping of memory. Any other problem can it create.

Increasing server performance
Help reviving servers. Configuration current: 8 300GB disks in Raid 5 10000RPM Each. Total 2TB (70%Full) with an average of 68kb files tottal of 24 million files. The curent read rate is at 8MB/Sec on NTFS windows 2003 Partition. Any suggestions on increasing performance on current configuration. P.S. We are running diskkeeper as difrag utility.
