Hello We have a customer running SBS 2003 sp2. We can’t access the monitoring and reporting through server manager. When Monitoring and Reporting is clicked it just displays a – The Webpage cannot be found HTTP 400 page and when Setup Monitoring and Reports is clicked an error box comes up reading: The wizard encountered an error while configuring the monitoring features. Run Small Business Server Setup, reinstall the Server Tools component, and then run the monitoring configuratian wizard again. We tried to reinstall this through add/remover programs, Windows Small Business Server 2003, Change and then trying to install the Monitoring feature. This then fails with the following message: MSDE 2000 service pack 4 did not install. For additional instructions, see the SQL server 2000 service pack web site at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=46241 The service pack 4 is available in Microsoft updates but fails everytime an installation is attempted. We’re running backup exec 11d for Windows Servers for the backup. Do any of you guys have any ideas what may be causing this? Regards – Adam.
