I want to be able to use a webcam in such a way that if someone passes in front of the webcam, it will pop up on my computer. I have an office on the second floor and want to put my webcam facing over the front door so that the image pops up on my computer automatically so i know who is going in and out of the office. Any suggestions on specific inexpensive webcams and software i would need?
