Using send distribution in iSeries
i am trying to use snddst but my messages header says it is multipart. I do not want this is there a way i can stop this

Is it possible to send a file via SNDDST in lower-case?
Hi! I’m currently using the SNDDST command to send a file in an e-mail but event though the file name is in lower-case, the SNDDST command forces it to upper-case. Is there any way i can get past that to have the file name in the mail in lower-case ?

Hi Guys, Is sending an e-mail from the AS/400 as easy as it sounds? Do you need additional licence for this or is it standard feature on the AS/400? Thanks.

FTP with RPG
I have a file which should be ftped to another server.I have the ftp script.Can you suggest 1.code to automatically ftp the file to another server 2.also to send email alerts using snddst if ftp fails.

SNDDST
I am using the SNDDST command to send a message or a attached file, i get the message “Send distribution completed successfully.” When i check with the recipient or i send it to myself it is never received. Can anyone make a suggestion. I have gone through all the CFGTCP checks.
