Password expiration interval change
Me have to set password expiration interval 21 days from 30 days,if directlty I do this users who have not chnage the password for 21 days will get expire,in order to avoid this situation, is there any command so that I can expire users password at once to change thier password.

OEM for Oracle IAS 9.0.4.1 not running

How come my outgoing is blocked. I have a WatchGuard.
I have all outgoing allowed and still cannot ping outgoing ip address. the log states outgoing blocked. Am i missing something?
