Block Outgoing Non-Encrypted Attachments
Our infrastructure consists of Exchange 2003 and MessageLabs. Clients are using Outlook 2003. Is there a CHEAP way to reject all outgoing emails with attachments that are not encrypted/password protected?

Tracking which user deleted files after the fact
