How do I enable QOS on my network as we are introducing soft phones and IP phones to our network? The network has Windows 2003 servers, a sonicwall FW and a cisco router.

Determining maximum throughput for WAN & LAN interfaces
How can I determine what the maximum throughput is for the wan and lan interfaces on our Sonicwall pro 3060? How can I stress test it and see numbers? Our Internet line is 100MBits but we have never gone over using 39.75Mbits so I wonder if we can?
