• Web password utility in Lotus Domino 6.5.1 to disallow last ‘x’ number of passwords

Are there any Web password management utilities in Lotus Domino 6.51? I am looking for a way to expire accounts, which also does not allow the Lotus Notes user to use the last "x" (probably last 10) number of Web passwords. Does anyone know of any code that may provide this functionality?
