Access to Local HDD under Terminal Services.

I have a problem with my AD on my Sindows 2000 Server. I have managed to find the issue on the Microsoft Knowledge Base (online) The problem can aparently be solved using an ADSI EDIT Tool. Does anyone know where I can get this from ? Thanks
