    Trying to figure out if by using Permissions in Outlook 2007 to encrypt and password protect information--it that considered HIPAA compliant?

    I am trying to grant "CreateResource" Role to one of the user for Resource Reservation database. But when I go from Domino Administrator->Tools - Database - Manage ACL->All the options are greyed out for this user. Why is that? How can I enable them?
