Using ISA 2006 we are having speed issues. We are seeing about 1.5MBPS from our 100MBPS line. Help!

I want to setup ISA proxy server in HA mode. I have 2 ISA servers with different IP’s. how to set this server to fault tolerence but not load balancing.Like if one server is down then only the traffic should go from other server.
And also let me know how to configure Proxy Automatic configuration Script for 2 differnt IP’s for fault tolerence.
Please help.

A particular IP range Cannot access internet through ISA 2006

In my organization, we have two ISA servers configured to work in an array. They were configured to allow Internet access from 172.x.x.x series.

We had the requirement to allow the Internet from 192.168.x.x series as well. I modified the rule to allow for the same. But in case of 192.168.x.x series always the Default Enterprise rule was being fired and the request was being denied.

We had to reinstall the ISA in order to make it work. The same rule started working fine after re-installation.

What could be the reason?

We are trying to set IBM connect clients behind ISA 2006, so far IBM connect clients cannot authenticate with ISA 2006 is there a known workaround?

blocking messenger in isa 2004 using transparent proxy

I have configured ISA 2004 using transparent as well using GFI Webmonitor. Block Messenger in ISA using signature headers and also in GFI block MSN Messenger but unable to succeed in my goal.

Anybody let me tell that whats the possible solution for the above mentioned.
